Research shows  that mindfulness supports general health behavior change including the ability to manage chronic illness. Initiating and then maintaining behavior change is key to the prevention and treatment of most preventable chronic medical and psychiatric illnesses.  The cultivation of mindfulness, involving acceptance and non-judgment of present-moment experience, often results in transformative health behavior change.

Mindfulness Living Well (MLW) teaches you how to apply mindfulness and compassion skills within the context of your day-to-day life to support what living well means to you. This meditation is open to all and no prior mindfulness experience is necessary.

We will try to be creative and playful in using Zoom to connect with one another.
